Welcome to eyoga, local classes where beginners are always welcome.

Can't touch your toes? This is not a requirement at eyoga, it is simply taking time to listen to your body and invite space.

Yoga uses the body, the breath and the mind in union and is an opportunity to take some time for you.

eyoga classes have an emphasis on finding space, along with an invitation to bring your awareness into your body, to encourage a sense of 'letting go', promoting both physical and mental well-being.
