Are you over 60 and feeling sluggish & unfit?

Do you feel a bit lonely and want to meet some different people?Come and join us for a fun hour of easy to follow exercise to some great music from 60's Motown to modern day. I use tunes you will remember and can sing along to! Keep yourself fit and strong with a class specifically designed for older active adults.

Whatever your fitness level you are welcome to join in the fun! You can use a chair for any of the exercises - I can adapt most exercises to suit your needs.

This is a very friendly, welcoming group where we like to chat and have a bit of fun while exercising. There is also the option to stay for a coffee after class so you can get to know the other participants.
